The brands you know, for less.

One weekend a month, we open the doors on eighteen hundred square feet of bedding, pillows, towels, throws, kitchen, and home goods — sourced overstock from national retailers and direct from the factories that make them.

Next sale: August 7–9

810 Quail St Ste M, Lakewood

What's in the building

Bedding. Cotton sheets, quilts, and coverlets in neutrals that go with the room you already have.

Pillows. Down and down-alternative. This is the wall people stand in front of the longest, and the one they come back for.

Bath. Towels and bath sheets — the things you replace every few years and regret buying cheap.

Throws. Cooling for August, faux fur for the couch, sherpa for when it turns, waterproof picnic blankets for the trunk.

Kitchen, drinkware, and organization. The everyday things, chosen once and chosen well.

Outdoor and garden. Seasonal, and it moves fast.

The whole store is a few hundred items. Not because we ran out of room — because everything in here had to earn its spot.

How is it this price?

Warehouse pricing comes from a simpler way of operating. We buy overstock and limited-run goods in volume, then sell them during one concentrated weekend each month.

That keeps our overhead lower than a traditional retail store, so we can offer straightforward warehouse-sale pricing.

Inventory changes from one sale to the next, and quantities are limited. If something works for your home, do not count on seeing the same item next month.

How it works

Friday, 5–8 PM — VIP preview. List members only, RSVP required. First look at everything before the doors open to the public.
Saturday, 10 AM–5 PM — open to everyone. The full floor, full assortment.
Sunday, 10 AM–5 PM — final markdowns. Less selection, better prices. Bring your car.
Then we close, restock, and do it again next month.

One weekend a month. The list finds out first.

Friday-night preview access, sale dates before they're public, and a look at what's landing.

Free. Leave any time.
